Umpqua’s Tarpon leader combines ultra-deceptive pink fluorocarbon shock tippet securely attached (Bimini/Huffnagle) to a strongly tapered clear nylon Perform X HD leader. Simply loop the leader to the fly line and tie on a fly. A heavy butt and strong knotless taper improves turnover in the  wind, worldclass tippet protects gear and fish, and the unique pink fluorocarbon shock-tippet deceives leader-shy fish while protecting the tippet.
